I encountered problems when trying to have a transmission serviced. A serious oil leak was discovered and I was advised to take my vehicle to a Cadillac dealership at which time I contacted your company. After the car was inspected by your representative I was given the go ahead to repair the oil leak which was covered under warranty. Upon placing the call and speaking with Dee, I found her to be a very nice, knowledgeable, honest, sincere person and feel that you have an outstanding employee.
